So much so that I said we would never build again. The building experience this time was pretty close to being stressless. The littlest of changes were never a problem. We really appreciated all the advice that you gave in relation to building the house, including building the outdoor area under the main roof and recommendations about the best insulation. At all times your were very professional and showed that you actually cared about the product you were producing.
Yourself and your trades peoples' quality of work was of the highest of standards. I believe the building industry need more builders like yourself who actually care about the quality of the house they are providing to their customers - build the home to the standard that you would expect yourself. The experience ofbuilding this time was 200% better and 200% less stressful.
If we build again in the future, we will definitely use Ken McKay Homes and would highly recommend Ken McKay Homes to anyone wishing to build in the future.

Sandie O'Reilly - "I asked Ken to repair my daughters room due to termite damage in three locations. I gave Ken my house key because I could not be at home due to work commitments. Ken repaired my walls and then coordinated with a painter to come and paint the new sections. The service I received from Ken McKay Homes was excellent. The job was completed in a short period of time and the results are outstanding. I was very pleasantly surprised with the bill because it was very reasonable for the amount of work carried out. Ken McKay was hired by us to do the job. I found him to be very thorough and honest in his work. He kept us up to speed with what was happening plus any other unexpected issues arising from the renovation. He would offer his opinion but never pressured us to have things done that were not necessary and was always conscious of our budget.

His work was professional and he took a lot of pride in the little things that finished the job and made it fit with existing work.
