This house won the 2004 HIA Project Home of the Year for Brisbane and the Gold Coast, It also won the 2004 HIA Project Home of the Year for Brisbane and the Gold Coast for houses between $150,000 and $250,000.

It was a five bedroom, two bathroom house with a large under roof entertaining area. It was situated on the block to best utilise the Greensmart housing designs. Even on hot days the house was comfortable.
