Nothing makes a house unbearable than a roof that leaks all over.  The original roof was a "Decramastic" tile.  Some had been replaced but to no avail.  There was also no insulation or protection from the weather, was unsightly and it was dangerous to walk on - they had to be removed!

The decision was made to use Colourbond and fit Anticon Roof blanket as well.  The client says that there is less noise from the busy road, is much cooler in summer and warmer in winter, and they can also now use the patio out the back.  They are now saving money on heating and cooling and its much quieter during storms.

The roof was leaking and unsightly so we replaced it with colourbond roofing and installed vapourcheck insulation as well.
